THE CHALLENGE:
Sport and leisure stadium which comprises of multiply business areas including Sport Football Rugby Matches, Catering and Banquets, Events and Concerts, Stadium Management who required there own facilities and generally operated with minimal integration with the other business areas were looking to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
A review was undertaken to determine how efficiencies could be made resulting in cost savings.
THE SOLUTION:
An investment was made to bring together similar job functions, for example ticketing personnel within the Football, Rugby, Events and Concert businesses were would be merged to reduced staffing levels and offer a single Ticket Office
Direct Voice & Data reviewed the business objectives and implemented an Alcatel Lucent Telephone System with 140 extensions, voicemail and auto attendant allowing for expansion to meet their future business needs.
A DECT solution was implemented as part of a Business Mobile Solution to enable member of the business areas including ground staff the ability to be more responsive to other businesses.
The implementation of the auto attendant allowed calls to be routed to the appropriate business area.
A key area was the installation of Call Management Software to run in conjunction with the Alcatel Lucent Telephone System to enable business areas to be charged for their incurred call costs and line rental.
